Hello!! I'll upload it here first
Finish doing this study
i guess it's time for expression sheet now, the facial features look crap af and the angle is so bad. Need to work those shading in face too.
The good thing is that, i think I'm getting better with shapes when painting but still need more practice. A lot of practice!
feedback/critiques are welcome
Man this piece is phenomenal, very nice use of shading anatomy and line weight!
Only thing I note is the eyes are crossed, both contracted inwards, could be strabismus or if he's looking at a very close up object like a fly passing by his face - if done on purpose, you definitely got it right I think (maybe the figure's left eye would have the highlight more towards our right as the eye would be rotated to our left) - if not, then I would suggest adjusting the direction of the eyes and taking into consideration the light, slight adjustment of the corneal highlight so both eyes have the highlight in the same spot (different spots for the highlights is telltale sign of strabismus if the lightsource is coming from the front or similar arrangement)
Thanks @mitsuki-youko, @snakker, @Lockenheim and @Opal too
Hey snakker thanks for the suggestion, im still relearning head anatomy i guess. and a bit of expression too.
Thanks guys
Thanks @mitsuki-youko, @Opal
Hello!!! Peanut Here for another weekly update
This time I tried shapes (again) for clothes. Some color combination and tried those lost edges.
Sorry for the crappy BG and hands, I'm still in the learning phase of attaching it to the arms and still too busy to do BG
So main focal point is the face (again) that's why I only make dark shadows in the clothes (don't look at the lower portion). I tried understanding shadows (on clothes) without using too many ref to challenge myself and also tried those lost edges there.
Feel free to comment/critique this one
Thank you thank you @mitsuki-youko @Gordon003 @Sthingz
