It's looking really nice in terms of color and design. It flows well and the vignette on the legs is nice. However, I think the painting is too soft overall. It looks like you've painted everything with a soft brush and, as such, it's hard for the eye to focus on anything. It might help a lot to go in with a hard brush and define very sharp contrasts in areas you want the viewer to focus on--particularly the face. I'd recommend looking at some of sakimichan's work for an idea of what I mean. A lot of her work is very soft and loose, but she tightens up important areas so they stand out.
Also, pushing your values in some areas would help give some depth--basically what you're already doing in the area where the hair, head, and neck overlap could be done elsewhere in the painting to help the viewer understand what's nearer and further away from us.
