I see you did a lot of work this month, good job!
I think the most important thing you should be focusing on right now is correct proportions.
In a lot of your drawings those are off, e.g. in your original piece the hand should be a lot bigger (if that was a style choice, its a different story.)
Here is how you do it: before you even draw the mannequin like Marc teaches us, draw in the gesture of the pose lightly measure out the proportions of your reference image, then construct the mannequin on top of it and slap on all the muscles.
I noticed that you drew a lot of those figures in rather extreme angles: make sure to understand how to wrap a muscle around the underlying form, especially in those cases. If you dont, your figure will end up looking flat, like some of your torsos, as the Pec major, which you often drew as a box which does not follow the underlying form of the ribcage!
Its a lot to critique, maybe next time make a post every week, so we can focus on one or two things to help you with, if that fits within your schedule.
