Really cool character but I recommend polishing your lines more. The face and his expression are great. The pose is cool and he has this badass attitude to him. You have a sense of who the character is without words but what hurts the piece is that it feels unfinished. Things seem really sketchy. It feels like you focused on speed a lot more. The graphic design elements are really cool. It gives this poser/book cover feel which is awesome, but everything is so similar in color that it fights with other red ares in the scene. It can be a bit straining on the eyes.
I recommend studying anatomy and proportions as well as just taking your time with your art. You have some really cool ideas. Just take your time, use reference when you have a question of how something should look like. Try using more colors other than the reds, oranges and yellows. Other than that man, keep up the good work.
