Good work man! your eye for muscles as noticeable improved there, and the sketch also seems to have pretty good foreshortening and pose.

Thanks to all of the feedback you gave me really helped, if it wasn't for you I would probably be doing it wrong still.
And this pose in general was hard to acomplish, I still strugle a bit with foreshortening but I trully felt relieved after I did the rough sketch.
