Really do whatever works for you. I enjoy posting fequently myself, not daily but I'll usually do a post a week, or two, but mostly becuase of the desire to share and to get feedback. If I can't, I won't stress about it. Some people wait periods of weeks or months at a time, and that's fine as well. Some even post every few hours! If you go to the discord, some sections move by the minute.
If you do want to get feedback, I guess I could say it helps to leave some open questions on something specific, and the community will do our best to address that.
Sometimes there are no replies though, don't worry about it, it doesn't mean people didn't see it, maybe we're just busy or didn't have the time to help.
It also helps to post in different communities if you want help with something specific, see what different people have to say about your query.
But in the end, this is your art journey, so whatever works for you is fine.
