You've made a great start here. I did a quick draw over of your proportions assignment, the proportions themselves are good but there are a few minor things to look out for. For both figures the arms need to be a bit longer, the tips of the fingers should be around mid-thigh. The mid-section of the male figure needs to be a bit more narrow. The calves are thicker and higher on the outside than the inside.
