Yeah I have the same issue where I cant like stuff anymore due to some server error.

A)
1: the shadow here points to the origin of the deltoid and the trapezius
2: the insertion is hidden because the upper arm is rotated + like in picture C the triceps pushes the deltoid up

B)
1: trapezius attaches more laterally
2: draw a soft curve instead of a hard edge

C)
1: when the upper arm is rotated internally the deltoid insertion moves forward (in this case away from the viewer)
2: the triceps pushes the deltoid up

Hello! I didnt post for a while but now I will try to post every day lol.
Anyway I worked some more on anatomy but this time I tried to "speedrun" it because I dont feel like working 9 hours on a study
Let me know if you see any mistakes
Tomorrow I will work on hand draw skeleton and I will try to put some muscle on him.

Did you refine the shadows and light on them? The muscles look a lot more dense and refined if that makes sense.

No I didnt play with lights and shadows yet! I'm waiting for color and light theory classes to play with shadows! Right now I'm focusing on the overall shape of the muscles

This looks really good and clean! Love the lines and the way you drew the muscle fibers.

Be careful with the external obliques and serratus anterior, they extend farther back.
