I almost finished another study.. it took me some time but I'm pretty happy with it and can't wait to finish it tomorrow I feel like once I'm done with this study I will move onto legs

Okay, these make a lot more sense after watching the video.

One thing I'd say is to push the forms more and make them into complete shapes. Right now it looks like your loosely drawing the shapes and then focusing on the contour of the body. I would make it look more like a mannequin and focus on the shapes more.
Also, the shoulder blades are a little small.

The overall proportions are good and I think you really captured the illusion of volume!

Anyway I drew this without seeing your feedback, I think tho that being closer to the ref is overall more beneficial because I was already doing the mannequin thingy at the beginning of artschool.

I drew this with a feedback I got on discord it said to try and apply muscles on it.

Ah okay I was on discord earlier this year but I missed out on a lot because of my time zone and didn't get that much help/critique on there. Glad to hear it's working out for you though!

I suggested focusing more on the shapes so you can get a better feel for dimension when draw the figure. I'd try to do a few without reference and then move onto muscles. I've learned that doing the muscles on top of the mannequin studies can make them come out a little stiff so I've been studying everything separately recently.
But as usual, it's up to you!
