This is a fan art of Emeric from Dragon Age. I am still doing these muralish like artworks in my sketchbook and exploring the style =] I used reference for this one.

For this one I used Himi Miya Gouaches, ink pen, high quality pencils, gold acrylic paint, white acrylic pen on my Art Creation sketchbook from Royal Talens.
