Good job with the hands! Don't get stuck on one part tho, move between diffrent body parts from time to time. You'll never perfect one part and then move onto next. you always have to come back to find new stuff. Thats what I found out anyways

Study of skeletal parts and landmarks. landmarks: parts where the bone pushes skin outward and also creating areas inward
Study of Arm and Leg sketetal anatomy and landmarks.
Applying these landmarks on studies of different body movement.
