@JaivuThanks. You need to do it a lot than even if you think it's crap, just continue. Also making studies and learning from them giving you the tools to make the right choices and not being so intimidated. For example i was first intimidated to work on a cintiq simple because i was not used to it and the first drawing were pretty crap.

@Paulo Thanks. Just make studies from reallife or photos but not so much from other artist because this is just more for development a style or looking how other artist try to make a design good, composition etc.

So i have nothing new sadly but i have some old works that i want to show you guys:

This was for calendar. 12 Artist maked each month one artwork that we could use for the calender. Topic was Kemonomimi and i got i think june. I tried challenged myself in this work mostly with the perspective and the hardsurface stuff.
I also did the stickers which was a present/reward for making a preorder. You can see all the different characters from every month in these picture. I also record the coloring process for each sticker and also for the artwork i think. i will just put one Video here to not spam so much all the videos here. You will find the others on my youtube channel.

Hm the finished picture is alright but the thumbnails are actually striking, great composition and use of values. Especially that last one, you can almost feel the fading/rising sun on your skin... I think that value structure was lost in the process of rendering out a final image which is a shame.

@karidyas Ya true, but i had some problem generally with this picture because i think it was my frist illustration after i switched from intuos to cintiq so i felt a bit unconfident. : >

This picture was basically a thumbnail for another artist. i showed her my process how i would start with a thumbnail with 4 Values and than put the color etc on it:

Cheers man! Hopefully it helped? The topology density looks pretty good for the upper body, but I'd try to make the pants/feet more similar. Right now you have really big faces for the pants, and tiny ones for the feet, which is probably not needed.

You can likely remove 2/3 of the polys on the feet, half on the hands, half on the top part of the hat, and half on the face without any impact on the silhouette and bakes quality. You can probably get rid of a few more polys on some of the details as well.

The UVs look great though, no issues there!

It was really helpful for me. Im not sure if i can fix the topology now because i already started to paint some details in the texture like for the face for example.

I will reasearch if it is possible to delete edge loops or collapse vertices without doing the uv's egain. And thanks for the critiq.
