Those are all good exercices. The proprotions ones is actually well done, since the key point is to get a good feeling for the lenght and size of different body sections.
And using the ruler is really pretty standard. Pros use rules as part of their work to setup angles and sketchwork, no worries about relying on it. As you continue practicing at time you'll start doing angles more naturally, but for more elaborate pieces it's fairly normal to use it.
Gestures look fun, I think you captured well the energy of the movements, and the linework for that last piece is really well done, I guess the only thing that stands out is her extended arm and hand are quite long, There are very slight differences that make her lower body a bit shorter than the reference and consequently her upper body feels a bit larger.
If you haven't already, make it a habit to flip your work horizontally to check proportions. It's a neat trick to force your brain to see the picture with "new eyes", allowing you to easily spot misproportions or overall unbalance. Many of us have a hotkey to flip frequently as we work.
