Finished the 10 heads for week 5, moving on to week 6. These last 3 felt more solid than the rest.

Term 2 - Week 6

This week introduced hair as a focus, studying hair is an enigma too me. As your approach can be pretty different depending on what style you're opting to do, stylized anime-hair vs real life hair just works differently. Tried to follow, Marcs, Pikat's and LineSenseis tutorials on hair which helped a bit.

The last image in this one is AI, only noticed when I was almost finished. Sadness.

Term 2 - Week 6

Been away for two days due to work, so gestures felt a bit rusty. Finished the 4 point perspective assignment and then I did a master study of Miquella by Kang Jeon Tae. Learned what subdermal color zones are which I had no idea about before.

Term 2 - Week 7

Study of Sister Friede by Shimhaq. Had fun doing the fire and played around a bit with some tonal correction. Still firmly in week 7 for a while longer.

Study of Melina by Idaero Ace. I could really do with looking up some textured brushes, would help to sell things like the cloak in this case.
