I've been an artist since 2015, mostly self-taught, and learning at my own pace.

I started 2021 with this new fairy OC. By the way, does anyone know what those sleeve things are called? I want to find ref pics for them.

I was told that I should study cloth, something I've been neglecting since day 1. So before I finish off this OC, I want to complete some cloth exercises (as shown below).

Okay. This took way longer than I expect. I wanted to test how much I learned, but I still went overboard with perfecting this pic. I realize the cloth creases and shading are wrong, and I was told the light source is confusing. Nevertheless, I've had fun with this picture, and I think I've improved from my previous masterpiece.

I went overboard with how many layers I used and how large the .PSD file is. All I can say is... I could only do it with 32 Gigabytes of RAM. But in the future I must flatten more layers so that its quicker and easier.
