@guidcs Thanks guidcs!
And thanks for the tip on the 4th part, I really was struggling there
Great job with the pen control exercise! I couldn't trace the circles quite as neatly as you did . I struggled with the Adjustment exercises too especially the last one, but I found the key was to rest my eyes and look away for a bit before coming back since my eyes were so fatigued from the previous exercises already. Great job on Brad Pitt too, very refined work.
@peter-hartnett Thanks and yes, it's him
@fuulin Thanks for the tip and the nice words, I'll do it next time that way ^^

I've been doing gesture drawing daily over the last 3 weeks, because I want to get better at them and I adore drawing which have a lot of gesture in them ( eg look at characters from studios like Disney and Pixar). I still have problems with the headsize. Here are some of my gesture drawings, not all, because I don't want to spam this thread lol :

I usually dont restrict my time to 30s even though the point is to capture the figure but thats steep(especially for beginners). In One session I've given myself at least 15 minutes then reduced to 5 minutes after each gesture and was able to understand alot more shading, anatomy, execution, etc. On top of all, proportions are your go two for gesture drawing.
