It came out pretty decent, the colors are fine for your intent.
As far as criticism goes, the bottom left corner of the image stands out more than I believe you want, the lines are very sharp on the raised bridge, and there is little of the atmospheric blue that you used on the rest of the scene. I can understand why you wouldn't put that tint on in a realistic setting, but the result is just too much focus on that area.
I think this is exacerbated by the blank wall in that corner, and the main path leading down there, just a lot of signals all drawing the eye there. Now, if you wanted to place a figure there to focus on, it would work out great.
A potential solution would be to move that lower center field pennant down into that lower left corner in some way, that pennant also seems to be blocking what could be a fun focal point as if you were standing on the ledge and looking down into the bridgey courtyard.
Hope those comments help out. Its a fun image, it just needs some more focus on the directing of the eye.
