Well, it's been some busy days in my life, but I decided to put in practice the last anatomy assignments by working on an original piece, and I learned a very important lesson that marc has always mentioned, which is to avoid (❌) too hard challenges, that just burns your motivation. The best is 70% of known things and 30% of challenges that don't take too long.

It happened to me, I didn't have much time per day, and drawing two characters on a background with perspective and a lot happening around, with lineart and Shading, was too much for me of time and effort, so I decided to take it as finished and move forward.

At the end I learned a lot, but not the way I thought

looks great!

tho the guy looks like he's stabbing his arm lolol so i'd say there is sort of a tanget there due to the color

dam looks really good really got that anatomy down

Hello again, it's been over a month since the last update.

The truth is that between a lot of work, personal issues and the real reason, the release of Elden Ring SOTE :smiley_cat: , I didn't have the time to post the little I managed to work on, considering that English is not my native language. :crying_cat_face:

But here I am getting back into the habit :smirk_cat:

After my previous Painting, I decided to practice the basics :smirk_cat:

→ Head drawing + Shading

→ Anatomy practice

→ Clothing practice

→ And at the end I applied all that in the design of a character, learning from my mistakes, this approach is simpler than my previous painting I hope you like it.

Hey! good work all around! Excelente trabajo!

Folds look great, anatomy looks on point. Nothing to add really, it all looks great, and with amazing shading as well!

Hello again, it's been again over a month since the last update

Here are some of the practice exercises that I have done so far :smirk_cat:

Now I can see the improvement on the result and the process, all thanks to the course and because of the habit of practice if possible everyday :smiley_cat:

→ Head drawing + Shading

→ Anatomy practice

→ Cloth and tracing from other artists

→ Some environment tracing from other artist -raja.nandepu - (Here even if I use the artist work as a reference, I used my own horizontal line and vanishing points)

→ And paint cloth from refference

→ And at the end I applied all those concepts to a new character design I’m very proud of, and even if I know there is a lot to learn and improve I can't do anything but feel happy about the result and the process.

WOAH these look Stunning!! they look so professional! these could be in an artbook
