Yo good work man!
I do wonder though, are you using the companion guide? seems like you jumped quickly through some of the material. The companion guide has a whole lot of exercises which not only stretches out the content, but it really helps refine the skills from the terms.

I actually didn't see that till now so I'll have to start following it. I was just watching the videos and doing the assignments listed in the videos. Term 1 is basically an intro to drawing and I have taken drawing and painting classes in high school and collage. So right now I was using it as a refresher. Right now tho I think I've hit the right spot because I was just starting to teach myself term 2 stuff before buying the class (I also didn't see part 1 assignments till like just a couple mins ago so i gotta go back and do those) I do gotta go back and do some stuff mentioned in the guide tomorrow.

Nice heads and shading. The head from Marc's course seem like it could use a few adjustments.

Like the middle of the lip, looks like it leans a bit to his right and the middle part is a bit too pointy:

The nose seems like's being pulled downwards a bit, feels like it could have a bit more folume to the fron and reduce the shadow on the middle part a bit.

Overall it's looking good. My first head from Marc's course didn't look nearly as good as this. That's some really nice shading done.

@daceronine Oh yea i def see it i made the nose way to flat. I also had a bit of trouble when trying to add in the mouth I need to work on the placement and shape more especially from a 3/4 view

here is todays face practice from the front view this time and more studies (those eyes are a little off lol i didnt notice till i finished drawing)

I def see improvement on the face structure. That last head tho is so botched

That IS a big improvement! Heads are looking good!
