I purchased art school a few weeks ago and now the videos aren't playing for some reason can someome help me please ?

Hi Roxas, I'm sorry to hear that. Could you share screenshots with us so we can see what might be the problem?
Before I could watch the videos just like this and not have to download them but now it wont even play so i have to download them to get them to play.
I'm having the same problem, is there a solution?
I don't know yet still waiting for kigerneko (Moderator) to answer back or anyone else that might have a solution.
Update. Ok, I just tried to use the videos like a minute ago and it's working for me now. You should check when you get a chance to see if they are working for you too.
