Firstly
There is a big challenge going on called Artwar 2 on the site. Weeklies are usually dead because most people are focusing their efforts on Artwar. Weeklies will come back late February.
Secondly, the sign in thing is a glitch that's being worked on. For now signout on the forums and the store portion of the site. That should fix it. If your signed into on multiply web browser, you'll have to sign out of them all to fix the problem. Unfortunately this is how you have to do it into this glitch is resolved.
