Do any of you guys remember the Publisher famous for their art book series (3 series mainly)
1. Exposé (Vol 1-11, Last I remember they released the VOL 12 , but couldn't get my hand on it)
2.Exotique ( Vol 1-7, I don't know if they released any thing further or not)
3.D'artiste. (They had some great books on Matte painting, Character Modeling & Character Design)
So I have been out of this CG scene for a years or two, but recently came back & have been dabbling with all these courses. But I love to have some books for references. I used to have many books from 3DTotal like their 1. Digital Art Masters (Vol 1-9) & 2. Digital Painting Technique series( Vol 1-8) & some from Ballistic Publishing as well.
So out of curiosity I went back to see if Ballistic Publishing Published any new books or not. But unfortunately I couldn't find any trace of their website at all. Some of their products are still selling on Amazon, but many are missing.
I was wondering if they have gone out of business. They were one of the 2 established publishers (Other one being 3DTotal) in CG area, So their disappearance would be painful.
