Which wacom tablet to choose for 3d modeling?

Hello cubebrushers , hope you having a good time ...

Well i am interested in buying a wacom tablet but i got confused choosing between
The Intuos Pro Small and Intuos5 Touch Medium
I have a 15.6 laptop screen ...

so plz guys if any of you have any answer or recommendation to give i'll appreciate it

Hi there!
I've used an Intuos Manga Touch small for modeling in Sculptris before and that went good. The touch function wasn't necessary for how I was modeling because I was using my Macbook's trackpad to pinch zoom. The touch function is great while painting but not necessarily needed while sculpting in my opinion.

I used to use an M size tablet before and didn't like that at all, the S Intuos I have now is easier to have on my laptop while I sculpt or paint. Some people prefer a large tablet but I don't think that would be as practical as an S because of the 15" screen.
I'm no pro digital sculptor at all so it's best to wait and hear other people's thoughts on this.

Thank you kigerneko for the aid that was really helpful ...

But i need to choose between these tablets because we only have those two models in my country ...
hopefully someone would have an experience with them ...

Can't Wacom ship products to your country? That's annoying

No the problem is not with wacom company , but it is from the airport customs of my country
The product box will get to you safe but without tablet
Instead of that you will find it full with newspapers
That's hilarious in painful way ...

Hmm, I have dabbled a bit with 3d modeling and I feel that using a mouse is just as effective as a tablet. I would say that if you are really struggling using a mouse, then getting a tablet would be worth it. As for a tablet, I would go for whatever is cheaper. However It's up to you depending on what size you want.

Hey there, just giving my two cents on this! I have been using and Intuos Touch 5 Medium for digital sculpting in Zbrush and its been perfect along side using a my keyboard for hotkeys!

I have used a small Intuos for work before and it worked out just as well, but given your laptop screen size i think the small may feel more comfortable.
Either way ive found after using it enough, you adjust to what you are using.

It may be a case of weighing up the price difference and working space you have with your laptop as either tablet would work great i think.
