Hey your picture looks great, but I would say that you need to focus on your anatomy and your lighting. Her arm looks a big compared to her body.
Also some parts of her body are blending in with each other. I would say to go back over it with line art and see what lines should stay
And finally I see that you added light to her arm and had because of the skull and lantern, but the light that you added doesnt seem to pop
