QUESTION: If the dominant genre is either sci-fi or fantasy does that mean that the "minor" genre must be the opposite genre? So for eg. if I portray 80% Sci-fi new structures, should they be over 20% fantasy old structures? Or can it be a new sci-fi world on top of and old sci-fi world? OR new fantasy world on top of an old fantasy world? Does that make sense?

What exactly is considered late? If i enter now and manage to finish before the deadline, am i still eligible?

@igogro0 it depends on the judges. If you enter now, post your progress as you are making it and manage to finish in time, I would say you have a fair chance.
But posting just one wip and final piece, or all wips at the same time definitely won't.
