Would love some help cleaning out my portfolio

it's getting a bit thick, I would appreciate some help triming it out

If you are trying to be an environment concept artist, then I would recommend getting rid of the character designs you have.(unless your aiming for an indie studio. You might wear more hats in a smaller studio)
You can keep some of the sketches as that's always good to see. Your showing off your design skills in those.
A lot of things are a year or 2 old which isn't bad. Just continue to bring more new works. Another thing I would recommend is the final polish of your work. Some pieces look like they may need some extra time. Your "Arbor corner" piece looks really cool but looking at some other pieces like "Magical mishappening", it feels like you could've put more time into it.
You have cool ideas, 2 recommendations I have are
1.) Just to spend a little more time on the pieces. There's no rush.
2.) Add some concept sketches. Show different explorations you make during your process.

Other than that nice work. Look forward to seeing more.

Since I have zero experience in concept art industry, I would assume my first hire will be a small studio, so I tried sprinknling a few characters in there, maybe I should put them all in one spot, at the bottom.
As far as finishing pieces I agree, they could use more polish, I often get anxious towards final stages I will discipline myself.
