Your heads look great nothing sticks out to me and they look very solid! Your construction and facial feature placement are on point also great subtle rendering on the hair.

Thank you two so much! Very uplifting :sunny:
More portrait and head stuff will follow soon

Actually more will follow right now O:
I tried to draw Arwen and Galadriel from the lotr movies. I hope someday I will get those drawings more accurate! But as this is only my second try whith head construction, I like them quite a lot!

I think you did really well on these! What stands out the most is that you managed to create some likeness in those faces, which is great  Keep it up!

Looks great the likeness is definitely there. Keep up the good work!

You seem to be doing well so far! Keep it up!

thank you!! very encouraging to hear

I did another lotr portrait. Maybe I will change my topic soon, but I'm not sure what else could fit. Maybe I will continue with the art school terms, too.

So I recently leveled up my brush game by using a soft brush for blending.
I did the following two portraits I like a lot.

I looove what the soft brush is adding to your portraits. I agree that it really looks like a level up, pretty impressive immediate gains. Excited to see you use more of the technique.

Woooow, thats a huge level up! Great job!
The structure and lighting looks really on point and everything is super coherent!

Oh no, I forgot to update my thread!
I wasn't super active the last two months, but I think getting back into posting here will be one of my new year resolutions

I did some more portraits, like these ones...

Finally created my own face / character by combining multiple references...

... and quickly got into term 3 and started drawing clothing

Now I will start learning the human anatomy and maybe peek into character design to get some fun in

I hope I will back soon and more frequently to share my progress!
It's nice to have one place where you can "scroll up" and compare your recent work with your older ones!

Great work and awesome rendering as always! hope you are feeling better
