I'd say for me the anatomy section was probably the the most helpful part. I don't know if it's the way Marc explained it or if it's just that my brain was ready to process the information properly at that specific time, but for the first time it clicked for me.
And I really don't mean I'm an expert at it, but I did have a much better knowledge and understanding of how to approach than I did before watching the course.
And I would also recommend the same thing as @ghostmonst3r and go look through other people's topic. Some have been at it for some time so you'll be able to see the kind of progress that can be made
