Hmm I'm just about to get to that aswell... But I do use wacom/photoshop etc
I guess if you have a mac getting an intuos is definitely an option and they're not too expensive, heck zbrush is more expensive X_X
That said, there's a sculpting app on ipad for 15 bucks called nomad sculpt
I haven't tried it out but may be worth a look as an alternative. Also, not sure, but maybe you can use the ipad as a drawing tablet for the mac, not sure how well it's implemented nowadays and if it's compatible with zbrush
