My first actual attempt at story telling lol. I know this is really simple and visually really boring too (I'll figure it out eventually!) but I just wanted to start putting ideas onto the canvas. It strayed from what I initially had in my head but that's just because art skills no equal brain image...lolLooking back now I think the first image doesn't quite bring anything, maybe an idea of the setting? I don't think I did a good enough job and the whole piece could go without it but I'm uploading it anyway, just cos. I'd appreciate feedback! If anyone reads this of course. Hopefully I'll get better

Slowly getting more comfortable with putting my ideas onto the canvas. Again I feel like I'm getting more comfortable with anatomy but sometimes I still find it hard to draw the body even though I feel I know the anatomy well enough to be able to draw it different poses.
Anyway this was just a little idea I had that I wanted to draw out so I wouldn't forget about it.

A study I did of a page from Tetsuro Ueyama's "Solevision Mitsuyoshi". The second image is the overdrawing I did to see if I was understanding the anatomy that was happening under the clothes.I think I could use some more confidence in putting down lines, or just to take more time with it. I always forget that I can undo a line as many times as I want(at least digitally). ;p
