Will the monthly challenges ever be starting up again?
I'd just like to ask if WIPs are required when entering the weekly challenges, or I just need to post the finished piece in the topic before the deadline?

Is it ok to do fanart for the challenge? I don't mean copying someone else's painting, just using an already existing character.
