My art skills are still very limited, but I took the liberty of trying to express what feels off when I look at it with my untrained eyes.
You have a keen eye for light and value and your colors pops, but parts of it seems to be lost in these overlap and blurring of your values.

When zooming all the way out the colors pop, but then when you get close they lose their identity due to the blur.
Impressionism is a very foreign subject to me but when I look at masters of the impressionist era it seems like they use value to describe those focal changes instead of the blurring that our eyes do.
My value and color theory is nowhere near strong enough to give you any advice on how to achieve it, but my intuition tells me that you could elevate your art immensely if you figure out how to portray the same effect using color & value instead of blur.
