Feng Zhu's youtube channel is a really great ressource. I learned a lot from him and his videos are always very interesting. I think you definitely won't regret checking him out

Glad you like them. Well both concept art and animation get me interested. Actually I work as a motion designer since a couple of years, but I'm aiming to get into the entertainment industry at some point.

Quick Overview of storyboarder, a free and open source storyboarding software I've been recently talked about. And as at the office I often storyboard I think it's gonna be worth it to learn how to use it.

At first sight it looks really good: simple and quick board management, fluid workflow with Photoshop or any PSD friendly drawing software, onion skin, perspective guides, sound import,...

I'll check it out more in depth these next few days. To be continued...

The software is really perfect to do storyboarding despite it's very limited drawing and image manipulation tools. Anyway, I will use it for sure during my next jobs that require storyboarding!
