Hi there! I got inspired by some artists who challenged themselves to make one drawing a day for 365 days. So I decided to make – not one drawing – but one action, any action that contributes to pursue my goal of becoming a concept artist/2D animator. As I'm opening this topic it is day 67 (the past 66 are posted on my facebook profile).

I'm looking forward to see the end result of this journey that will last 3 years! And hope it'll inspire other people to challenge themselves on a daily basis

Journey to excellence #67/1095

No actual drawing for today, though I spend a couple of hours looking around for some online art communities to join such as this one here and a couple of others like DigitalPainting.School. I'm looking forward to be posting and criticize and share ideas and connect with people and get inspired, …

To be continued… :v:

No particular practice today, but here are some random sketches I made today for a storyboard at my office.

I also went to visit the studios of a huge post-production company in Geneva - CH. Was really interesting and inspiring, although they work more for the clock industry.

Nice work so far! It's definitely a nice goal that you've set for yourself. I can't wait to see the evolution

Global Game Jam Geneva (48h to create a video game) - Part 2/3:
Fox design, rigging and animation. This cute fox is one of the two playable characters of our game. At the same time both our developers were working on the gameplay and the other two more artists were working on the environment design!

Global Game Jam Geneva
(48h to create a video game) - Part 3/3: Human character design, rigging and animation. The human is the second of the two playable characters
of our game. We still have some bugs to fix but the game is working! Next game jam we'll try to be less ambitious though 😆. That jam was a great experience anyway. Looking forward to the next one!!

You can view some videos of the animation and a bit of the gameplay here.
