Hi, everybody! My name is Andrew, and i am almost a complete beginner in drawing, since i had little success learning it on my own, but I hope to change it with this course. To motivate myself more i will be posting here my progress on the assigments and some "learn to ... in 30 days" study plans, starting with ones about learning to draw as a whole and faces specifically, and i will really appreciate any feedback given. This course will probably take a lot more time for me than normally, since my next few years will be really busy, but i hope to invest at least 30-60 minutes every day nonetheless.

Thank you! Here is my first attempt at assignment 1 for pen control. Also, i have decided to quickly redo the days of "learn to draw in 30 days" i have done before taking a break.

Here is my assignment 2. The last one turned out especially bad and i am not sure whether i should redo it or not. Big part of the problem is that i was doing the "curves" filter at random, not understanding how it works at all, and i didn't really feel the "color balance" one.

Welcome to the forums!
All this stuff is self-paced, so if you aren't sure about something, spend more time on it. I supplement pretty much everything in the course with other materials, so head over to YouTube for some extra videos explaining what those tools actually do. On that last one, it is a bit too bright and you have lost some reds in the shadow. Otherwise, those look great.
