Hello everyone! My name is Annie and this is my starting point for my art school journey. I have been drawing & playing with art on and off my whole life. I took 2 college semesters of fine arts as an elective and learned a lot in that short time! Other than being 19 at the time and worried about anything but my future… I also never thought I had what I convinced myself was absolutely necessary to be an artist— “natural” talent. So although my heart was in art, I pushed myself into other majors and unsurprisingly I couldn’t commit and dropped out of college. Now that I’m nearing 30, it’s safe to say I’ve matured a lot (I would hope lol). I really internalized early last year that the only thing stopping me from being an artist is myself and that real talent is usually just the result of consistency, learning, and practice. I jumped in head first and I have been teaching myself digital art (im a procreate girly lol) as much as I could. I have already seen great progress and decided it’s time for me to commit to an art course and really level up! I am excited to start and see myself transform into the artist I want to be
