Areas to improve?

Hi everyone.

This is my last painting. I want to improve my art but not sure what i should work on next. If anyone have some Ideas I'd love to hear them.

It's awesome! I love the composition, and the pose is very dynamic.
Here's my 2 cents on what can be improved:
I think a colour accent (like that brighter yellow) is needed around the composition center, on the chatacter, etc.
Also, if you make the animal's (sorry don't know what it is) eyes wider, it will look more natural in a situation like this (more scared/shoked).
