This is what I have so far but right now this is just the idea phase I'm only throwing things down on the paper to see what sticks not all to sure I like what I see so I'll be making many alterations to the characters until she fits close enough to the vision I have in my head.

Thank you so much ^_^. I've actually been working on a redesign and this time using a pose reference so that she doesn't look wonky standing up hehe.

This is my latest work sheet, I really didn't like how the original one look and was totally bummed out by the posing. So I vanished for a to relearn the mystic art of referencing a pose for drawing purposes and went back to the drawing board and came out with this.

What she is supposed to be is battle summoner that uses the tools of an artist to summon her muse to fight for her some times it's a set of disembodied arms that holds art supplies other times time a little companion. When it's time to fight it comes out fully as a weird skull wearing shadow thing.

Her Design is What if Fantasy Punk Elf Girl... And this is the result I'm very happy with this design and will carry it forward for the rest of the project until completion.

Yes Scribbling in the middle of the battlefield to summon a muse to fight the forces of the art block is hard but sometimes you just gotta run with it! haha!

Here is the Lineart for my character, but I'm not really liking the shoes and I think those could use a change so what I'll be doing in the morning is I'll look up references for fantasy and modern style shoes for women and create something new that looks like it can exist in a fantasy world with out the need of complex machines to crunch it out haha.

This is my final Piece for my Entry into the #ARTWAR Contest. Avalese J'han The Ink Summoner: Sometimes on the battle field you'll find that the only ally you have is your imagination so Avalese uses that to her advantage and summons her muses to fight by her side in the form of avatars in varying sizes.
