Hello everyone.
My name is Dmitry Lyapin.

So, i have no time, need to hurry.
The idea - Sci-fi character, the robot using only melee weapon, and, therefore, to effective use it on the battlefield, should be easy and fast.

Search - In my head I already decided the basic shape of the robot. The search i did to spot for myself certain nuances.

I stopped on the number 4, because it is the most matched with my idea.
I decided to leave the character in this pose, because I consider it quite expressive and, again, it matched with my idea.

So. Week was tight, but nonetheless, i detailed character and sketched the background.

I filled all the picture in one color, to determine the overall mood.

I think someone else was inspired by your design and incorporated it into theirs on the 3D side, no names but he/she might see this anyway. (that is why i mention it.)

Anyway love it man keep going you got a good and interesting one here.

What really sucks for me is that i thought of hip arms and you made them so i am plumb f-kd on that idea. lol damn you nice concept.

Off topic:
Rus has lately been pumping out some pretty interesting stuff where is the source of this new found guidance i am interested to know as you all seem to come up with some intriguing designs as of late, i also stalk the Asian market.

So. Thanks berrysquare, glubglubz and zyp, but I'm not so favor to my work.
But still... I finished with the background. I do not think it makes sense to spend more time on it. Next, I will add a certain amount of post-processing, and that's all.
