First row of iterations, i pushed the theme of the features a lot to have elements to choose from, probably the final version will be a mix of all of them, hope you enjoy, you can build your own demon , the parts are indicated with a number in the coloured puppet

Holy shit those designs look awesome. Love the idea of the axe, it gives off a feeling of brutality. Also, love the wings on design B! Keep it up! It's looking amazing

i was thinking whether or not to add an extra step of polishing, but the final resolution seems to not support further details, if i will have surplus time i will consider adding more polish to those heads... and maybe the feets...

first real sketch after composition thumbs, not sure if making the demon's head look the soldier or leaving as it was in the original thumb and making just the eye turn like a big animal would do

update on the values, i expanded a bit the canvas to be more confortable with the perspective and then be able to rotate and crop more easily
