Hi everyone!

I found out this Art War about one month away and i had an idea of some kind of fantasy angel / ork crossbreed. But sadly i did broke my right arm and I did tought that I don't have time to apply in this contest.

Now it is much better but i have just 9 days left! i still going to try my best to make my character happen in all it's glory.

I have drawn digitally almost 2 and half years and I will face a lot of trouble doing this contest. I did think this would be a really good opportunity to learn and get works on my portfolio and most important, to hear feedback and evolve own character.

Don't know how to put more progress pictures, I have newer use any kind of forum before so lets try...

Now i have another version of this character.
I did change a little bit the design with the feedback what I did get.

I would like to share also some of my reference what I use in this piece

I continue one of these two characters, don't know yet witch one, but we will see for the feedback what I will get in here or in the other sites

I did choose this one of my character and now I try to create her outfit!
So much to do, I don't have back picture of that character and no colours....
Don't know can I finish this in 9 days ;__;

A little bit the size difference.

I did really like my Angel silhouette and maybe I would someday do another character design of her.

Nice concept! And good choice on the first outfit. Maybe you could extend a bit more the winged elbows, as your angel silhouette is very pretty. And I'd suggest defining the feathers on her back a bit more so that it's clearer they are part of her body and not her outfit, maybe extending them between the shoulder and the tricep.
And don't worry, of course you can get it done, you've made quite a good progress in the last few hours, good luck!

Night update!

I did add more details and continue doing the back picture before moving to the colors.
I hope I get the color options tomorrow done so I can move to the second task

Niiice, almost make me think of a half breed between a drow and an orc. feels a lot like dungeon and dragon.
Maybe you could add more tribal stuff like bones, tatoos, leather strap, to make her feel even more wild?

I really like your workflow! and the rendering of face and details looks really nice. It might be good to check the knees and elbow. the boots and and feather might obscure them.

I did today morning some sketches with my pad when I was in school. With your help I did see some problems what I would fix for now, but the time is running low so I have to think what is necessary that i will get all things ready in 8 days. I did think about Those paintings etc what would look really interesting

What colour she would have on the skin, hair and the manastone?

Looks awesome. The feathers making her design more unique. I also really like that she doesnt got those typical view-attracting boobies, which makes her much more believable as a warrior. Good stuff!

The colours have been chosen!

So that means I will go with B and F.
It's kind a sad because I did like A so much ;___; but the people have spoken.
I now render the pictures and fixe those colours and tomorrow we will see witch one will be the actual character!

Pff.. I did take a brake and did little sketches what pose I would do in the main picture.
I did really want to do some companion to her but I'm not so fast painting all of that stuff there ;__;

I also liked A more xD, but out of the chosen two the first one looks more fitting to a colder environment and I feel if that one gets to be the final and a cold environment is not the case then maybe you could add warmer colors to idk the hair/feathers or the clothing. I personally prefer the second one, as it looks more orkish, but I'd suggest you to try sharing the hair and the feathers colors (in this case blue), so that it is more cohesive. Just a suggestion but I don't want you to loose the pace given the little time left . Keep it up!

Cool character! In my opinion, option A is more suited to your character, he's more aggressive - I think what you need
