before i make shame of myself any further, i shall admit it first...dear all amazing and kind Visitor, my English is bad...so ha ha ha, please forgive me T3T

anyway...uhum...i have few words to describe my Champion, description below ;

Name : Ravathli Div'jah (no meaning, it just a random name i got from day-dreaming LOL)
Age : 23 y.o | Gender : Male | Height : 195cm
Race : Rogulus (no real meaning either) but~ i make it's own meaning, which is uh...a race that born with metal bending ability
Ability : His main ability is bending steel, but his true ability is stealing his enemy power by cutting off their head and make it his. Before cutting his enemy head, he’ll let them fight him and use their power (same like watching tutorial). As he had enough seeing all the “how to use” thing, he then approach his enemy and eventually behead them. Then he'll apply metal at the end of the cut off neck (same like the bulb lamp bottom), after that he cast the “soul transmutation seal” to connect with the other end to his neck. Wualaa~ the enemy power had become his forever > Note: As long as he has the head

wow, pretty interesting , i wonder if for the final illustration you are gonna go creepy maybe a little bit gore or you want to stay clean

GOSH the competition almost end!!!

Good morning ArtWar, ...stay up till dawn to finish this artwork (somehow fell asleep in the middle of working on it), still the coloring is very very sucks...i wish i have more experience and skill (actually i wish i could spend more time drawing but reality tells different story, endless tasks, urgent works and etc )...well i knew this piece of art of mine won't win but at least it worth a try anyway thank you for those who visit and good luck for all artist who participate

The concept sheet is pretty cool, I love your elegant lineart. The final illustration is also cool, but I can imagine this character with a little bit more blood and more fearful. I know that we have to avoid gore and blood in our artworks, but hey, this is a creepy headless mage, he can be the most fearless warrior who walked in the earth. Next time I think you can be brave with ease and put more roughness in your artwork.

But it is really cool, just the only thing that you have to be brave and show more of your fantasy-dreams.

Oh my god thank you so much for your kind words i will definitely put all that in mind , well to be honest i'm still struggling with coloring, every time i watch other artist color in cg i was like "Gosh~ when will i be able to learn that", it's almost impossible, i usually draw traditionally just pencil and paper...cg is still waaaaay too far for me, but i will definitely learn! huahahaha~ your comment gave me courage to learn more, thank you so much

ah yeah i have seen your artwork, it was marvelous i love cats. the big cats Nuraah you draw is amazing~ i'm sure you'll win yup yup~ i will need to learn coloring from now on, and i will try color the headless mage again, but this time i will add more gore and blood huahahaha~ by the way thank you again for your comment, you're the kindest people i have ever met

since the ARTWAR deadline has extended, I decided to paint in CG (hopefully make it in time), still practicing all day and night, still failed in color mode BUT! i find a better way to color it, thanks to random amazing artist on Youtube, which i saw one of the godly amazing digital painter also using this method, and i found it easier this way

first paint it in black and white then create new layer above the b/w and add color then set layer mode to multiply HUHAHAHA...that's what i'm planning to do

I definitely know that you will learn other painting skills in the future. I am struggling with this problem also. Drawing with pencil on paper is totally different than digital painting. (I remember I painted a picture once in paper, and realized: there is no "undo" command, there are no layers that I can switch on and off with ease. Hahhahaha. )

So do not blame yourself if something not works in the first try, just keep up, practicing, and watch other people works (This is the thing that helps me a lot). Once time one of my friends told me: in a painting everything depends on the light, and the values. If the light direction is good and you have determined the most darker and the most brighter value, your painting will be more better.

So keep up the great work!
