She's very cute, & your line work looks great. Proportions too. She reminds me more of a water entity with the rounded edges though, it doesn't put me in mind of ice. Maybe it's just needing the added colour though, but if it was possible to add the coldness atmosphere without taking away from the innocent look, it may read 'ice' better. Maybe some pretty snowflake motifs? Just a thought.
