I have created a new sketch taking everything into account but I changed the initial perspective I couldnt handle that angle.
I brought back the helmet and payed attention to the movement. Also I think I managed to bring back that godly feeling maybe some color dodge will help. I will push the expression a bit as well. i am sorry for not replying properly to everyone I need to catch some sleep

No I dont usually paint horses. Indeed its difficult and I use lots of photos for ref.

Here is some progress Im slowly making a working composition. i think i have solved most of my major problems with perspective but i will see it again tomorrow with fresh eyes.

This month is super short____ I dont know what i will do to make this work T_T

I added some extra elements on the bg and stretched upwards. It was too square before. I added a couple of textures which really helped. Also fixed the tones and lighting a bit.

So it is done and I am really happy that I made it in time. I seriously hope I did everything by the book and dont get disqualified O_O
This piece was very important for me because it is related to my country's mythology and I viewed it as small tribute to the beauty of those myths that are a big part of me.
I want to thank Cubebrush for the community it has built. It helps every artist grow and learn and interact in a great way.
