Hey man, this is lookin' sick! The execution on the face is outstanding.
I don't have much feedback to give except that I think you could push the design of his coat further. I don't know what kinda a ref you're using but give really avant garde fashion a look. It could give you some inspiration for some really cool shapes and designs you can incorporate into his clothing.

First sketch.
I had pretty much troubles with illustration roughs. I wanted to create a story in this art, show the char in work, draw a crime scene. So, first idea was noir detective meets the killer near crime scene, but it's not a human, it's a monster, and viewer can see a shadow of this creature.
Unfortunately, I don't have enough skills to create such illustration in time( I decided to reject this idea.
