For the masks, I think the emotions aren't clear enough as the differences between them are very slight. For example, I can't really tell what emotions 2 and 3 are supposed to be. 2 kind of looks like bitterness but I can't tell what 3 is. Is it neutral? The angry face (1) is very similar to the evil smile one (5) because the only difference is in the tilt of the mouth.
I drew a few examples to give you an idea what I mean. Use references of already intense emotions and exaggerate them! An example on how to make them easily distinguishable is how I made the angry emotion bear his teeth instead of having his mouth open like the evil smile face. It's important in a design to exaggerate your ideas and make them obvious, you usually want people to understand your concept right away as much as you can! Same with the markings, it took me a while to spot that there were slight differences between them. I suggest making them much more different from one another. You don't have to do anything complicated, just make sure you can see from a first read that they're all unique! One of my teachers used to tell me that when you go for something in your design (here different emotions and different markings), go all the way! Hope it helps!
By the way I absolutely love your costume design! The puppet belt especially is really awesome
