Hi! I like the idea! Though I think it's a bit overwhelming and hard to read with the swords and the puppets, i'd stick to the swords OR the puppets personally. The positionment of the faces is a bit odd and it's hard to tell they're floating masks. The two ones that face us look like full heads and not like they're cut in half like masks, and since one of them is looking at us, I interpreted them as organic. We're looking at the body from the bottom but at the heads from the top which is weird.
Also I know it's still a rough sketch so you might already plan to do that but i'd add some details to make the whole thing more unique (jewelry? tattoos? pieces of armor?), right now the body is basically a regular topless dude in baggies
I'll make a paintover to show what I mean for the heads, other than that I think the idea has a lot of potential! Keep it up!
