Hi guys,
First of all Happy New Year, and congratulations cubebrush.co with 1 year of activity.
Felt like I need to join the ''Art War'' so... here we go.
Fantasy army is getting bigger and stronger, but there is no need to worry about. We can win this war together! Team up and use the best technologies possible!

I will go with some ancient inspirations such as Greek culture, gladiators fights and 300. My character is going to be a full android machine, with humanoid anatomy, a relative grounded spear and a huge shield. My goal is to keep it linked to ancient culture yet solving a believable sci-fi design.
PS: Obvious I will go crazy with my design language but hey, I'm also the client.

By default I'm searching more on this phase but I want to keep this direction. Will choose 3 of them to continue developing the design.

Here are 3 versions I've developed. Will choose one and research in detail.
I'm still not sure about the feeling I want to go with, but most likely will go for the 300 one.
PS: These holidays caught me off guard.

So from here usually I start researching for some color palettes and continue developing the design in color, however I feel like here I need more control over my shapes so I will keep working in gray scale for a while.

Was playing with some bright color pallets to get him a more ''contemporan'' flashy look. Might be changed in process.

Not a fan of the colors, it's nice but there's a little too much, I can't explain but it doesn't fit the design I'd say

Good point @rgdraw There are some issues with color and material grounding ehm.
Done with Ironman like palette, back to default.

Back to my Sci-fi dud. I'm not sure about 30% of the shapes but I feel like I need to design hes weapons.

The design is getting quite detailed so rendering it is not a prior.
