Hey all!
My first post here - I'm mainly a 3d artist but I've been meaning to try my hand at more concept art work and figured I'd give this contest a shot!
My loose concept for my champion is an undead giant who has been buried under the capital city for thousands of years, and has finally been resurrected by a cult of necromancers as a last resort to protect their city from this invading futuristic army.
I'd like to try to incorporate this scifi vs fantasy theme in my final illustration, so I'm thinking an action scene of the giant plucking some drone ships out of the sky or something...
Here's my sketches so far - I'm having fun but thinking I may need to lean away from the Evangelion-esque look and get back to more of a fantasy feel, haha
