Hi, mate, the design is looking great! I have only a few suggestions.
2 is where I come in, I have kicked up the contrast. It's good now, but it could be a tad better. More contrast in this case doesn't really change the look too much, but it makes the image slightly easier to read and more interesting to look at.
From there, the top looked a bit too bland. You have some very nice darks and lights going throughout the design, so you should take advantage of that and add some darks to the top portion as well. In a) I've darkened the ribbon things, in b) the hair and c) some of the clothing and the horns.
In my opinion you should always aim for more contrast around a character's head when we need to see their face, like in this case.
The other thing I'd like to address, do you have a sketch for the back view yet? I really do think it would be best you get that done before you dive too deep into the front, the design must work well from any view, especially knowing that you'll be making an illustration that will probably not have the character in a static 3/4 front view.
And lastly, I really don't know what's going on with all these flowing things. Two are ribbons, two..? I don't know and her hair, I'm guessing, is the thing poking it's end around her hips? You might wanna think about that, rearrange it somehow.
These are just a few minor tweaks, but I can't wait to see the finished verison! Keep it up!
